I'm moving out. I'm sad and already homesick but I'm also excited to go antique shopping for my room and to be moving in with two of my good friends. I think I'll be doing a post on inspiration for my new room sometime soon. I hope everyone had a nice Christmas.
I was reading and old Vice magazine and I saw this photo shoot with Miranda July. It really stuck with me because she tries to redeem the role of the movie extra... making the insignificant important.
Kyle and I went to see this movie on Sunday not really expecting anything other than a lovely wardrobe. It was a great movie. We laughed when Jenny(the main character)talked about her future life in Paris because she was saying the exact same things I have been saying the past couple of months. So that's what I sound like!
This woman has been my primary source of inspiration for the past couple of weeks. I love her scandalous monokini ads and the asymmetrical hair cut. She's so incredibly edgy.
Right now I'm sitting on my bed with my laptop while my boy is curled up next to me asleep. I'm sure he is tired of listening to me talk about clothes, makeup and hair. He's such a sweetheart for listening to me ramble about these things. There is no one else around here that I can talk to about these things and actually listen and give me feedback. Sometimes I think Bekah is the only one out there(besides Kyle)who truly gets me, haha.
Well here are a few things that have been inspiring me lately.
I just want to visit France and see if I belong there..because after reading Entre Nous, I think I do. Hahah, I'm silly. Oh, and Miss Dior Cherie is my favourite perfume.
